Cash of Kingdoms was first showcased by Microgaming several months ago at ICE Totally Gaming. It has finally been released earlier this month. The slot game has been developed by Slingshot Studios, a new entrant into the group working exclusively for Microgaming operators.

Cash of Kingdoms is a 5x3 video slot with 15 fixed paylines. The payouts are made from both left to right and from right to left. It features a band of brave medieval heroes ready to accompany players on their quest for fortune and glory. The five fearless characters are the dashing Knight, the magical Mage, the crafty Rogue, the bombastic Bombardier and the feisty Archer. These high paying symbols have been crafted as miniature toys that give the slot machine a cute and different appearance. The low paying symbols are also thematic and include sword and shield, book of spells, bow and arrows, barrel of beer and sack of gold. The wild symbol is the game logo that appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4. The wilds are stacked on reels 2 and 4 in the base game and super stacked in these reels in the free spins.

The highlight of Cash of Kingdoms is the innovative Invading Wilds. When triggered, it unleashes a barrage of flaming arrows and swishing swords to turn reels wild. If the player lands a full stack of wilds on reel 2 or 4, Invading Wilds will turn an adjacent reel wild. If a full stack of wilds lands on reels 2 and 4, then the middle reel turns wild. Because payouts occur in both directions, every Invading Wilds feature will pay. The treasure is the scatter symbol. When you land three scatter symbols you receive a payout of 2x the total bet and 10 free spins. In the free spins, when a full stack of wilds lands on reels 2 and 4, the third reel will turn wild and an additional 2x multiplier is awarded. During this feature, each scatter symbol will award an additional free spin.
